Dummy Trial Konopiste

My name is Mike Jones. I have been training gundogs since I was 18 yrs old (1985). 

Early training was for dogs to go rough shooting for myself. Both labradors and spaniels. 
In 2010 I bought a young labrador dog and from day one, knew he was something special. I then went on to train him to field trial standard. This dog was the start of my trialling career. (Cynhinfa Jarmen of Wauniago) 

I have since represented Wales in retriever internationals for the last 5 years. Have won field trials at all levels and have judged tests and trials across Europe. 

At present I am a non panel judge but have judged enough now to be placed on the B panel subject to being put forward.

Hi, I'm Mike Larkin, breeder, owner and trainer of double champion and multiple award winning F.T.CH Larkistyle and trainer/manager/Team Captain of the Labrador Retriever Club of Wales. Larkistyle is owned, bred and trained by myself and has the rare accolade of being a Double Field Trial Champion at Windsor Great Park courtesy of Her Majesty The Queen. 
I am now offering personal and flexible Gundog Training to gundog owners. Based in Ogmore by Sea near Bridgend in South Wales I specialise in gundog training for the following gundog breeds: Labrador, Springer Spaniel and Cocker Spaniels. 
Most recently I was Judge for The Save The Children Regional Gundog Championship for Wales at St Cleares, and was subsequently asked to Judge the finals at Margam Park. 
Having been included on the Kennel Club Judging Panel, I am now available for Judging at home in the UK or internationally.
