Membership for the year 2023

I hereby agree to the maintenance and processing of my personal data according to the Act no. 101/2000 Coll, regarding the protection of my personal data by Retriever Sport CZ z.s. (RS CZ). The primary data points to be processed and stored shall be first name and last name, academic title, address, e-mail, phone number and the beginning and end date of my membership in RS CZ. This data is processed and stored for the purpose of keeping records of membership, the internal needs of RS CZ, sending of notifications regarding activities of RS CZ and keeping documentation connected to the regular operations of RS CZ (e.g. photos and articles on internet pages and Facebook pages of RS CZ, results lists etc.). In accordance to Section 11 and Section 22 of the Act no. 101/2000 Coll, I have been sufficiently informed about my rights related to the processing of personal data and the conditions related to processing of personal data and to the method of its processing and its access. In addition, I grant a non-exclusive license to RS CZ to utilize any submitted media or content to be utilized by RS CZ on their website and or marketing materials. This includes all media submitted both past and present including, but not limited to, images, videos, audio recordings, design, graphics, illustrations, and or copy.
